- Handle high volumes of inboundcalls and enquiries from numerous channels
- Meetour customer SLA's to ensure customersatisfaction
- Deal with outbound calls to targetpotential customers and be required to meet conversion quotas andKPIs
- Handle calendar appointments for the fieldsales team
- Manage and handle customercomplaints, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and ensuringaccurate reporting
- Handle customer enquiriesand emails
- A minimum of 12 months experienceworking in a call center/telesalesrole
- Experience in a fast-paced role requiringcontinuous multitasking (you will handle a constant stream ofinbound calls whilst also answering customer emails) ream ofinbound calls while also having to answer client WhatsAppmessages)
- Flexible with workinghours
- Available 6 days a week and potentiallyFridays
- Hard working, willing to go above andbeyond to deliver
