    Description
    Ventures ONSITE ), a product by Ventures Middle East is a subscription based platform utilized as business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed, on-going and future construction projects.

    The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to sell MEA Construction Projects Data Base to Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure his/her territory achieves or exceeds required quotaIndependently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and work closely with company partners to leverage prospects/clientsContact potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how the products can meet or exceed these needsProfessional communication in written form is requiredDevelop and submit comprehensive proposals for all potential clientsMaintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecastsAttend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote companys products and servicesEnsure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional mannerAssist Account Manager for sales and marketing activitiesAssist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvementQualificationsEnglish essentialUnderstanding of the Construction & Energy sectorDemonstrated experience developing processes to obtainleads through comparison and evaluation of possiblesourcing opportunitiesExpertise in territory management and organizationProven ability to achieve goalDemonstrated earnings historyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational skillsSelf-motivated to work independently, with team support,to close businessDemonstrated commitment to completing tasks andobjectivesEffectively work with Microsoft Office applications, includingOutlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint#J-18808-Ljbffr
