    Square Yards is a technologyenabled transaction platform which owns and operates the realestate aggregation and transaction portal (link removed) and SquareConnect mobile app for property brokers. Itaggregates 6000 realty projects of around 500 developers andbuilders and distributes around 27000 different configurations ofhomes. It also has a network of 15000 brokers in 31 cities in Indiaand overseas.

    The company has a presence in 10countries including India UAE Qatar Oman Singapore UK Hong KongAustralia and Canada. Its customers are serviced by PortfolioManagers and Relationship Managers (like private banking) withProperty purchase Documentation Home Loan/Mortgage Support Taxation& Legal services Portfolio management and restructuringetc.

    JobDescription:

    Youwill be responsible for sales and revenue generation forInternational PropertyManagement.

    Developingrelationships with key decisionmakers in target organizations forbusiness development.

    Interfacing with clientsfor suggesting the most viable product range and cultivatingrelations with them for securing repeatbusiness.

    Managing activities pertaining tonegotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution ofsales.

    Planning and directing marketing effortstoward improving brand equity.

    Developingpromotional campaigns around major productlaunches.

    Initiating and implementingprocess/procedure changes/improvements and ensuring optimalutilization of the available resources.

    Extremelyeffective business networking.

    Conceptualizingand implementing competent strategies processes and policies forregional operations & ensuring that the requisitechanges aremade as and when required.

    Developing plans andvalueadded solutions designed to assure achievement of agreed tothe volume market share and profitobjectives.

    Conceptualizing & implementingdevelopment strategies for acquiring business from clients andeffectively using existing accounts.

    Analyzingthe latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities andproviding valuable inputs for finetuning sales & marketingstrategies.

    Leading training & monitoring theperformance of team members to ensure efficiency in serviceoperations and meeting of individual & grouptargets.

    Creating and sustaining a dynamicenvironment that fosters career development opportunities andmotivates high performance amongst teammembers
