    We arelooking for a document writer / knowledge coordinator who canpartner with our People Services & Operations (Shared Services)team focused on operationalizing our processes through knowledgearticles, communication, documentation, This person will work withmultiple teams to make sure they have what s needed to be ready toadopt changes with our HR transformation effort and full clean upof our internal and external knowledge It is a dynamic, fast-pacedrole that will require great communication and writing skills alongwith an ability to hear the voice of our customers and translate itinto the documentation that you are

    PrimaryResponsibilities:

    Leadactivities that will enable the global operations teams haveup-to-date content that supports employees and internal processes,specifically for our systemimplementation:

    • End-to-end documentation of internal teamprocesses, ensuring content standards are maintained
    • Translate process maps into processdocumentation, identifying clear operational hand-offs
    • Develop content that translates HR systemsand processes into digestible guidance for our employees &managers
    • Partner with HR teams to audit& update existing knowledge for accuracy, relevancy, andalignment to new system/process

    An Ideal Fit:

    Has experience withHR business and processes-

    • Understand how a process is designed and canpartner with owners to develop tools for the internal teams to beready to operationalize change
    • Enjoysdocumenting and writing knowledge articles, process handoffspreadsheet and tools and general training / communications
    • Understands HR and how HR needs to worktogether to deliver on a process or journey
    • *Ready to learn and can think from a the user s experience whendesigning materials

    Partner closelywith the business and technical experts, providing the functionalrequirements -

    • Self-starter who canproactively work across teams to understand process documentationand translate it into written communication for internal teams tofollow
    • Creative problem-solver who candevelop thoughtful, innovative solutions to unforeseen challenges
    • Ability to translate needs into pragmatic
    • Ability of managing multiple,rapidly-changing priorities, deliverables and
    • Ability to adapt to change well
    • Strong communicator has the ability topartner with people at different levels within and outside of theHR function
    • Successful track record ofmanaging initiatives across a series of competing priorities

    RequiredExperience:

    1. Bachelor sDegree in Communications, Business or related
    2. Strong knowledge of HR processes andcompliance
    3. 2-3 years of document writing
    4. 2-3 years of project/program management
    5. Experience working with multiple geographiesand large companies

    Desired Experience:

    1. Experience with Workday, Salesforce products,Google Suite, Quip, Smartsheets,
    2. UnderstandsHR compliance, SOX,
    3. Participated in HRtransformation effort
    4. Experience with processdocumentation, training and knowledge article writing
