    About the Role& Responsibilities

    • Collaborateclosely with the creative team to ideate innovative event conceptsthat Anghami Spotlight can bring tolife.
    • Proactively pitch event ideas to brandspartners and government entities establishing impactfulpartnerships.
    • Demonstrate expertise in managingrelationships with artists and celebrities ensuring smoothcollaboration and successful eventexecution.
    • Liaise with the production team tounderstand talent costs and specifics around talentmanagement.
    • Develop comprehensive businessplans for offline events actively collaborating on the creation ofdetailed Profit and Loss statements(P&Ls).
    • Work closely with financialteams to ensure accurate revenue projections cost estimations andoverall financial viability aligning closely with the goals of eachproject.
    • Pitch and promote Anghamis diverseoffline assets including Anghami Lab a cuttingedge rooftop venue inKSA.
    • Create and develop scalable offlineservicesbased products strategically aligning with the AnghamiCommercial teams objectives for effective salesopportunities.

    AboutYou

    • 46 years of experience in offlineevent sales
    • Strong background in financialplanning and event budgeting
    • Experience inMedia agencies is a plus
    • Salesfocused mindsetwith an eye on closing
    • Peopleoriented withstrong networking skills
    • Good understanding ofP&Ls and basic accounting
    • AdvancedExcel skills
    • Fluent in English &Arabic
    • Active team player who thrives onteams.
