    Description

    Role &responsibilities:

    • Prospect forpotential new clients and turn these into increasedbusiness.
    • Cold call as appropriate withinmarket or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline ofopportunities.
    • Meet potential clients bygrowing maintaining and leveraging existing and newnetworks.
    • Research and build relationships withnew clients.
    • Set up meetings between clientdecision makers and companys practiceleaders/Principals.
    • Plan approaches andpitches.
    • Work with team to develop proposalsthat speak to the clients needs concerns andobjectives.
    • Work with technical staff and otherinternal colleagues to meet customerneeds.

    Business developmentplanning:

    • Design and execute salescampaigns.
    • Carry out sales forecasts andanalysis present findings to seniormanagement.
    • Attend industry functions such asassociation events and conferences and provide feedback andinformation on market and creativetrends.
    • Present to and consult with mid andsenior level management on business trends with a view todeveloping new services products and distributionchannels.
    • Identify opportunities for campaignsservices and distribution channels that will lead to an increase insales.
    • Using knowledge of the market andcompetitors identify and develop the companys unique sellingpropositions anddifferentiators.

    Preferred candidateprofile:

    • A thorough knowledge of theinspection services of commodities the solutions/services thecompany can provide and of the companyscompetitors.
    • Minimum 2 Year experience inTesting Inspection & Certification (TIC)Industry.
    • Eager to expand company with newsales clients and territories.
    • Able to analyzedata and sales statistics and translate results into bettersolutions.
    • Creative problem solver who thriveswhen presented with a challenge.
    • Demonstratedand proven sales results.
    • Fluent communicationin person on the phone and in email.
    • Abide byall noncompete/solicitagreements.
