    Description
    • Supporting, training, andsupervising front office staff.
    • Ensuring thatall customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time toimprove guests' experience.
    • Handlingcustomer complaints and specialrequests.
    • Scheduling staff shifts and managingother HR-related tasks.
    • Maintaining an orderlyappearance throughout the receptionarea.
    • Monitoring stock and ordering officesupplies, including stationery and informationleaflets.
    • Preparing monthly management reportson customer feedback, bookings, andcancellations.
    • Managing the departmentalbudget.
    • Updating files andrecords.
    • Enforcing all cash-handling, checking,and credit procedures.
