    Job Title: Community Engagements & Partnerships Manager

    Company Overview:

    We are a leading Freelance and E-Commerce platform provider based in Dubai. With over 3000 freelancers, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community and establishing strategic partnerships that contribute to the success of our platform. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Engagements & Partnerships Manager.

    Position Overview:

    The Community Engagements & Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strong relationships among our freelancers, partners, and internal teams. This individual will be responsible for creating a thriving community atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for freelancers, and driving strategic partnerships to enhance our platform's offerings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Community Building:

    • Develop and implement strategies to engage and connect with freelancers within the platform.
    • Facilitate communication channels, forums, and events to encourage interaction and collaboration among freelancers.
    • Act as a liaison between freelancers and the internal team, ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed.

    2. Partnership Development:

    • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key industry players, service providers, and influencers.
    • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and value for all parties involved.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner offerings seamlessly into the platform.

    3. Freelancer Support:

    • Implement initiatives to support the professional development and well-being of freelancers within the platform.
    • Address concerns, provide guidance, and act as a point of contact for freelancer-related matters.

    4. Event Planning:

    • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and webinars to foster community engagement.
    • Work with internal teams to plan and execute events that contribute to the growth and success of the platform.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in community management and partnership development within the freelance or e-commerce industry.
    • Strong understanding of the Dubai market and the dynamics of the freelance ecosystem.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
    • Results-driven with a focus on building long-term relationships.
