    Description

    Yourchallenges

    • Manage office supplies, equipment andfacilities.
    • Procure the office requirements,including stationary, equipment, pantry suppliesetc.
    • Make travel arrangements, includingbooking flights,accommodations andtransportation.
    • Create a productive workenvironment for all employees to accommodate the growth of our teamin diversity and size.
    • Be the administrativebackbone for the office management team.
    • Deviseand implement a system to manage office expenses and pettycash.
    • Verify documentation such as invoices andreceipts, and systematise office scans.
    • Supporttalent management efforts, such as applying for work permits andon-boarding new hires.
    • Act as liaison withexternal departments such as auditors and tax agents, as well aswith other Deriv Group offices.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or university degree inaccounting, business administration, or a relatedfield
    • 3+ years of work experience in a similarrole
    • Extensive experience with Microsoft Officeapplications
    • Ability to master new systemsquickly and efficiently.
    • Excellent spoken andwritten English and communicationskills.
    • Preferably with UAEexperience
