    Description

    What you will bring to theteam:

    • Bachelor's degree or higherin marketing, communications or otherrelated.
    • 7 to 10 years of prior experience inthe A/E/C industry, with experience in integrated market solutionsthat span multi-disciplinary offerings such as Water,Infrastructure, Transportation and Property &Buildings.
    • Working knowledge of the publicsector.
    • Ability to apply analytical skills tohelp drive effective reporting and decision-makingprocesses.
    • Experience with business planningand strategy development.
    • Ability to workindependently and in cooperation with a diverse team of technicaland corporate staff in a complex matrix organization, acrossmultiple geographies, in order to accomplish commonobjectives.
    • Exceptional written and verbalcommunication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability toinfluence decision making and drive client-focusedbehaviours.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, withexceptional prioritization skills.
    • Highproficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)
    • Experience with Salesforce and Power BIis an asset.
