    Position Overview:
    We are oneof the leading Logistics digital platforms specializing in digitaltransformation of Warehouses. We are seeking a highly motivated andpassionate business development professional who will play apivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong clientrelationships in Middle East. Your primary responsibility will beto work with the logistics business leadership team in Indiaidentify prospective customers engage with key stakeholders andactively promote the adoption of our logistics platform in all GCCcountries. You will need to have your extensive local industryknowledge in Logistics IT sales and especially warehousing space inGCC and relevant prior experience to achieve businessobjectives.

    Furthermore you will also beresponsible for overseeing branding and marketing activities andalso showcasing benefits of our maritime and BFSI solutions to themarket as part of crossselling

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborateclosely with our Indiabased business leadership team to craft andexecute dynamic sales strategies tailored to GCC countries.Together we will set our sights on ambitious sales targets with aprimary focus on delivering cuttingedge warehousingsolutions.
    • Immerse yourself in our productsunique selling points quickly gaining a deep understanding of itsvalue proposition. Armed with this knowledge you will expertlyalign our offerings to cater to the specific needs of potentialclients positioning us as the perfectsolution.
    • Cultivate and nurture strongrelationships with key decisionmakers influencers and stakeholderswithin GCCbased organizations. Your efforts will be instrumental inonboarding these valuable prospects to our platform creatinglasting partnerships.
    • Be the master ofcaptivating product presentations and compelling demonstrationsthat showcase the immense value our logistics platform brings. Yourpresentations will leave potential clients excited about theendless possibilities that await them.
    • Utilizeour products features to accurately address the unique pain pointsand requirements of potential clients in the booming warehousingindustry. Tailoring solutions that perfectly fit their needs willset us apart from the competition.
    • Unleash yourcreativity and develop engaging sales collateral and promotionalmaterials specifically tailored for the vibrant Middle Easternmarket. Your materials will leave a lasting impression and resonatewith our target audience.
    • Stay ahead of thecurve by monitoring market trends competitor activities andindustry developments. This invaluable insight will help identifyuntapped growth opportunities and continuously refine our salesstrategies.
    • Represent our exceptional productand network with potential clients at industry events trade showsand conferences. Your magnetic personality and expert knowledgewill draw them closer to choosing us as their preferredpartner.
    • Lead the charge in contractnegotiations and be the driving force in closing deals withfinesse. Your dedication to ensuring client satisfaction will forgeenduring partnerships leaving customers excited about theirdecision to work with us.

    CandidateSkills (must have):

    • Mastersdegree in Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Should be already based out of Dubai UAEwith a deep understanding of the local logistics and warehousingindustry and key warehousing players inGCC
    • Proven B2B Sales experience of 6 to 10years in Logistics IT field in Middle East with a successful trackrecord in closing Logistics IT deals especially in WarehouseManagement Systems
    • A team player who canclosely work with India based Business Leadership team for salesstrategies market dynamics branding strategies and ensuring theright product perspective is conveyed in the Middle Eastmarket
    • Should be able to quickly grasp thecurrent product features and align the same with relevantprospects
    • Should have deep knowledge &connect with wide network of key decision makers of leadingWarehousing Companies in the MiddleEast
    • Demonstrated enthusiasm and genuinepassion for sales with a strong desire to excel in a competitiveenvironment
    • Excellent communication skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills includingactive listening persuasive presentation abilities and negotiationskills for closing deals and achieving salestargets
    • Resultsdriven: Track record ofconsistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performanceindicators (KPIs)
    • Adaptability: Flexible andadaptable to changing market dynamics customer needs and businesspriorities.
    • UAE/GCC Driving License is a Must.Having selftransportation is desired
    • Ability totravel within the GCC region and outside asrequired.

    Candidate Skills(Preferred):

    • Priorexperience in selling Warehouse Management Systems in the MiddleEast would be a definite advantage
    • BasicTechnical Knowledge Warehouse Management Systems architecture& peripherals to enable to understand and discuss TechnicalQueries from Prospects with support from the ProductTeam
    • Experience in selling Maritime/Shipping& BFSI products would define a plus to cross sell otherGemini products across theregion
