    Description
    The Role
    We are seeking a LeasingCoordinator to join our real estate team in Dubai UAE.Responsibilities: Attracting potential tenants by advertisingvacancies negotiating leases and promoting the benefits of theproperties. Screening and qualifying prospective tenants byconducting background checks verifying employment and reviewingcredit histories. Collaborating with property owners to developcompetitive rental rates based on market trends and propertycondition. Preparing lease agreements and ensuring all necessarydocumentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinating property viewings and walk ins for prospective tenantsproviding detailed information about the properties and addressingany inquiries. Maintaining and updating property listings onvarious platforms ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions andimages. Assisting tenants with the lease renewal process andaddressing any concerns or issues throughout their tenancy.Conducting regular market research and staying informed aboutindustry trends to make recommendations for maximizing occupancyand rental income. Collaborating with the property management teamto ensure properties are wellmaintained and meet tenantexpectations. Performing any other duties as assigned.

    Requirements
    • 34years experience as a Leasing Coordinator or similar role withinthe real estate industry. Bachelors degree in real estate businessadministration or related field is preferred. Candidate should beimmediately available. Must be willing to work under the employmentvisa which will be provided after probationary period. Indepthknowledge of leasing laws and regulations in the UAE with a strongunderstanding of property management. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to build and maintainrelationships with prospective and existing tenants. Strongattention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multipleproperties and leasing activities simultaneously.
