Leading the sales team in meetingthe sales targets for selling section steel products to clients tovarious markets. This role involves developing and implementingsales strategies managing key accounts and ensuring the achievementof sales targets.
The Head of Sales Sections Steel will alsocollaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfactionmonitor market trends and contribute to the overall growth andsuccess of thecompany.

Meet the sales targets for sections steel in variousmarkets.
Develop and implementeffective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals andobjectives.
Identify new businessopportunities and market trends to stay ahead of thecompetition.
Lead motivate andmanage the section steel sales team to maximize their potential andachieve individual and teamtargets.
Provide guidancetraining and support to sales staff to enhance their productknowledge and selling skills.

Essentialknowledge andskills
Proven experience in Sales of Light and Medium Section Steel(IPEA/AA HEA/HEB (DIN) & H BEAM (JIS) UB/UC (BSEN) UPN /UPE (DIN) & JIS CHANNEL
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within ateam.
Computer literacy includingadvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (ExcelWordPowerPoint)
Experience ofusing SAP systems
Excellent timemanagement; planning and organizationskills
