    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement businessstrategies, plans, and procedures that align with company goals andobjectives.
    • Set comprehensive goals forperformance and growth, and lead employees to encourage maximumperformance and dedication.
    • Oversee dailyoperations of the company and the work of executives (IT,Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
    • Lead employeesto encourage maximum performance anddedication.
    • Evaluate performance by analyzingand interpreting data and metrics.
    • Participatein expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporatealliances, etc.)
    • Manage relationships withpartners/vendors.
    • Oversee the company'sfiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, andauditing.
    • Assure all legal and regulatorydocuments are filed and monitor compliance with laws andregulations.
    • Work closely with the CEO andother executives to strategize and develop long-term plans thatusher in new levels of productivity and success at thecompany.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as Chief OperatingOfficer or relevant role in the constructionindustry.
    • Understanding of business functionssuch as HR, Finance, marketing,etc.
    • Demonstrable competency in strategicplanning and business development.
    • Workingknowledge of data analysis and performance/operationmetrics.
    • Working knowledge of IT/Businessinfrastructure.
    • Outstanding organizational andleadership abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonaland public speaking skills.
    • Aptitude indecision-making and problem-solving.
    • BSc/BA inBusiness Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is aplus.
    • Proven experience in project management,construction, commercial operations, administration, design, andpublic works.
    • A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a senior managementposition.
    • Strong understanding of corporatefinance and performance managementprinciples.
    • Familiarity with diverse businessfunctions such as marketing, PR, finance,etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate governanceand general management best practices.
    • Anentrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational andleadership skills.
    • Analytical abilities andproblem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communicationand public speaking skills.
    • A master'sdegree in business or related field ispreferred.
