    Manage and maintain executive work schedules,including arranging meetings, appointments, and travelschedules.

    · Coordinate and prepareexecutive meetings, including agendas, presentations andminutes.

    · Screen and prioritize phonecalls, emails, and correspondence toexecutives.

    · Preparing and editingdocuments, reports and presentations forexecutives.

    · Maintain operationalfiles, records and databases organized andorganized.

    · Handle confidential andsensitive information with caution.

    ·Be a mediator between executives and internal/externalstakeholders.

    · Anticipate the needsof executives and address themactively.

    · Assist with specialprojects and initiatives as instructed byexecutives.

    · Providing generaladministrative support to the executive office asneeded.
